Based on the survey data, the Internal Customer Service Grid provides a visual synopsis of perceptions of 'internal customer service' in your organization. It reflects how well everyone is supporting each other and working together to achieve business success. This visual synopsis is supported by written descriptions and recommendations.

Job Satisfaction & Workplace Morale (self report survey)
- This is a self-report survey in which individuals provide information on how content they are with their jobs, their co-workers, their bosses, and the organization as a whole. Job satisfaction has a direct impact on performance and productivity and is very highly correlated with morale in organizations. The results are reported in graphic form and are supported with written descriptions and recommendations.
