Survey responses are based on the perceptions and observations of others in the organization who work with, and receive service from, the business unit, department, team or individual being evaluated.  Based on the survey data, the Internal Customer Service Grid provides a visual synopsis of perceptions of 'internal customer service' in your organization.   It reflects how well everyone is supporting each other and working together to achieve business success.  This visual synopsis is supported by written descriptions and recommendations.

  2. Employee Engagement levels are derived from the Internal Customer Service Index scores.
